Before you start
- Confirm your device supports eSIM (check model and OS version).
- Have a stable Wi‑Fi connection for the download and activation process.
- Ensure your device is unlocked to accept alternative network profiles.
- Keep your QR code or activation code from DIGITEL 5G ready.

Activation steps (quick)

- Open Settings > Cellular > Add Cellular Plan.
- Scan the QR code provided by DIGITEL 5G or enter details manually.
- Label the plan (e.g., DIGITEL 5G) and set default line preferences.
- Restart the device if the network does not register immediately.

- Open Settings > Network & internet > Mobile network > Add carrier.
- Scan the QR code or use Manual install to enter SM-DP+ and activation code if provided.
- Set the eSIM as your preferred data line or secondary line as needed.
- Confirm DIGITEL 5G network appears in network list after activation.

If QR scanning is unavailable, use manual install with SM‑DP+ address and activation code supplied in your DIGITEL 5G activation email. For some devices you may need to download a carrier profile via a link.

Troubleshooting
No network after activation?
Toggle Airplane mode off/on, ensure mobile data is enabled for the eSIM profile, and restart the device. If still not visible, remove and re-add the profile using the original QR/manual details.
QR code not scanning
Try increasing screen brightness, print the QR, or use manual install. Some cases require a carrier link — contact DIGITEL 5G support for a fresh link.
