Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, DIGITEL 5G's liability for any loss arising out of or in connection with our services is limited to direct losses and capped at the amount paid for the relevant service during the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, special or consequential losses.

Nothing in our terms limits liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law in Singapore.

Complaints and dispute resolution

If you have a complaint about billing, service quality, or other matters, please contact us first so we can resolve it promptly. If unresolved, you may escalate:

  2. Escalate to our internal dispute team by emailing complaints@digitelsg.com.
  3. If still unresolved, consumers may seek redress through the small claims mechanisms available in Singapore or IMDA consumer assistance channels.

Alternative dispute resolution

We encourage mediation and industry dispute resolution before formal proceedings. Where applicable, disputes will be governed by Singapore law and exclusive jurisdiction of Singapore courts, unless otherwise agreed.
